How to train for it

45 days to go: building phase

Settle your systems and climb the levels in every event you'll compete in. Six weeks out, training narrows to the competition's formats.

A world championship runs at the World timings. Practise each event you will enter in that format, climb the levels until the full sheet feels ordinary, then run a mock championship about two weeks before to rehearse the day. The points calculator shows what each score is worth.

The training here follows the World Memory Sports Council rulebook, which this event uses: all ten events are free to practise in their championship format.
